* his son Joseph James (JJ Craig) married Jessie Campbell..
* Grandfather Walter Frances (Frank) Smith was known for swimming & water polo in Auckland (Australasia rep, Diving).. married Joan Craig their youngest daughter
* David (the head of our happy family) is their eldest child.
